Moak practiced law in a small firm dedicated to the highest ideals of ethics while maintaining close relationships with their clients. Oliver James Moak retired in 2003. Sam A. Moak’s practice is focused on Estate Planning, Probate, Elder Law, Real Estate and transactional law. Matt D. McCormick joined the firm in 2006 and focuses his practice on litigation (civil and criminal). Mr. McCormick has successfully tried cases in State District Court and Federal Court. Constance R. Heiland joined the firm in 2007 and brings her 30 plus years of experience to many areas of law.
